Local Bands and Artists

We are often asked by people hosting events and functions if the club has any musicians who would like/be prepared to play.  Sometimes these are for paid gigs, sometimes the bands/artists will do it for love, exposure, or to support the cause.

We have put together a list of people below who have played in the club and have said they would be happy to be contacted enquiring about being willing to play.  There is a short description of their style of music.  Some are written by us, some by the artist. Either way they are subjective. We have tried to be as honest and realistic as possible but please do rely on your own judgement or ask the acts directly for more information, a CD, testimonials or a list of where you can go and see them.  Click on the act’s link to be taken to their website or to email them.  Please do mention The First Thursday Music Club when talking to them and thank you for helping to “Keep it Live!”
